Alienware X51 R2 Power Supply Failure

It has a gtx 1060 6gb gpu 16gb ram and i5 4430 with a 330w psu.

My name is tom and i am working on an alienware x51 r2 for a friend. I currently run an upgraded alienware x51 r2 64 bit. I totally disassembled the pc and verified cables ram power board psu vga ssd and unfortunately i realized that there is a resistance burned on the motherboard. Dell alienware x51 r2 windows 7 premium 4th generation intel core i5 4460 processor quad core 6mb cache up to 3 4ghz w turbo boost nvidia gefor.

But the power supply must be able to handle these demands if not it will put a strain on the components which can result in spontaneous failure. As of late the fans are starting to go a bit crazy and i ve had my computer crash quite a few times as well as the wireless adapter shutting itself off. When the power button is depressed it powers on momentarily spinning the cpu and power board fans but then immediately shuts off.
